hey guys..
I know this might sound like a stupid question.. how many G-245A each do me and my fiance have to send in each? I was reading the guide there on visajourney and it said to make four copies of the new G-325A form. Does that mean we have to send in all four forms each for me and my fiance (total of 8) or just one G325a each (signed, dated, with photo)?
Thanks for your help!

Also, does anyone know what the minimum income is for the state of NY? Good to know, though I'm pretty sure my fiance makes more than the minimum poverty line (or what it was called) set for the petitioner.

I sent in 5 total for each person. They say to fill out one and make additional 4 copies but i made sure the signature was original on all forms. ( note make extra copies for your self too just in case ) As for your other question i do not know the poverty line for NY

Requirements have changed and now only one is required per person. It's always worth checking on the USCIS website for the most up to date forms and procedures.

The poverty line depends on the total number of dependents, plus the petitioner. If it's just you and him, then that's 2 people, and it's currently $18,212. See here for details.

We only sent in one G-325A each and received our NOA2 with no RFE. The requirement has recently changed smile.gif
