My Fiance and I recently started the process of filing for her K-1 Visa. My name is Javier, her name is Yana. She is originally from Ukraine, but now she is a Russian Citizen currently living in Russia. She is still in college, the main reason she is there not here. I am a mechanical engineer.
We met when she was in Texas on the work and travel program.
Our lawyer just contacted me today that her packet was almost ready, so we are pretty excited.
Hopefully everything goes quickly.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
