Whoever on this site needs tips on how to file VAWA self-petition, contact me. I've gone through a long battle with USCIS regarding my case, and have a load of experience to share with people who cannot afford to pay the attorney fees.

My piece of advice to everyone who is researching VAWA petition is - you <b>CAN </b>do it yourself.

hi Kim,

i file vawa I 360 one year ago and i still waiting. i want to file I485 and I765 because i need to work. i am married to a citizen. i have never file i485 and I765 bt i neefore, can i file those while my vawa is pending? if i can do what papers i need to file? i dont have any ID or WORK permit. i would like some advice and help. thanks
