sis, my friend has a question. if ever she has previous std ( trichomoniasis ata) na treated. will it be seen sa labs and physical exam? tia

They do blood extraction to test drug use and of course, urine for any complications and STD's ... she's treated as she said so hopefully that will leave no trace on her urine and she'll be okay.

What kind of payment do they accept?

Cash, check, debit card? The USEM website only mentions that it has to be in pesos but didn't say if it's just cash that they accept.

Cash :)

You're welcome :)

Congratulations on passing the Medical exam ... yes, they will forward your passport to the embassy. Vaccine history incomplete - I believe we all get that since the rest of the vaccinations must be completed when we get to the U.S. ........ as for the blank waiver - hmm, I'm not really sure ... help, anyone? :star:

hi! i know medyo stupid question pero i just want to make sure i understood everything right. do you need to have a schedule for the interview na before you schedule your medical? kasi SLMCEC will forward your passport to them after you pass your medical di ba. so i'm assuming you have to have an interview appointment na din. or else baka itapon nila passport mo at medical results pag natanggap nila sa embassy hehehe....

No, it's okay to have your medical done at St. Lukes even without an interview date for your visa ... just walk in there and make sure you have a copy of NOA2 letter with you (and the rest of the requirements) :) Good luck!

You're welcome! :) You MUST have the copy of the NOA2 letter and the letter that shows your MNL Case no. It's a requirement, they'll ask for both of it if you don't have your Visa interview letter yet :)

thank you again! i got both from my fiance yesterday so i'm all set! i think i'll go tomorrow :) do you think it's better to go in the morning or afternoon?

I went there early morning and never had any problem, a lot of VJ'ers though recommend you choose going there in the afternoon (12:00) to avoid the morning rush and too much people :) It's really up to you. ;)
