:o AP 221g and Visa Interview

Hey Wellmux. I am sorry you been in AP so long. We are at 7 week mark. My baby is due in 15 more weeks, but, because of the flight situation, I will have to leave Pakistan and my hubby behind and return to USA if the embassy doesnt call by tomorrow. Its sad. I want him to be there for the birth of our child. I called DOS enough times to know that they will never tell you anything besides "Pending AP". The Embassy even told me not to bother calling DOS and just call them for updates. When I called the day before Thanksgiving, they told me that "Insha'Allah, all will be clear after Eid". Well, Eid is over, and when I called them on Tuesday following Eid, they told me that they recieved my forms. But I never sent anything, so I asked "Which forms?" and he said "The forms you sent us" and I said I didnt send any and asked if they had requested. He said "Oh oh, I see... no we received them from DOS" and I said "What forms?' and he said "Your visa app". And I said.. oh ok. Then a couple days ago I called again and they said that the Non immigrant unit transferred them to the Immigrant unit and they were now working on it. So when i called yesterday, the guy said that he has no idea why anyone at the embassy would take the time to explain that the non immigrant unit transferred the papers to the imigrant unit.. but he said its still pending admin processing, but I do believe he told me it was in the final stages and just needed admin review. So.. keep praying for us and we will keep praying for you. I am sorry this has been so rough for you as well. I think that I should have gone with my husband's I-130 instead of the K3. Sallam Zaheers Shezadi to me its been now more than 3 months and i am still waiting i am not even thinking about them anymore now i will let them do their work and not disturb them anymore now, i have been so much worried in the first months but now i have learned to be patient with them lol now a days we call them once a week and they repeat their answer again and again,

I am sorry to hear about ur situation all we can do is just wait nothing else so wait and also pray to Allah for the best.

i am a impatience person as just this time put a toffee in my mouth and i broke it with my teeth did not suck it untill the end lol, but embassy people are not toffee lol

OK GUYS,

today i received a call he asked me whats my name where i live where i work i asked him who are u he said just reply to what i ask u and then he asked me whats my profession and i thaught it was a call from embassy i kept replying his questions and then in the end i am ur (*******) relative and i am joking with u i got very angry and cut the phone off and he kept calling me again and again and once i accepted his call after it and told him to never call me again, and when he was talking to me on the phone asking me questions his voice was changed and was talking very decent thats why i never got idea it was someone my relative joking on me,

he knows that i am waiting for a call from embassy or maybe i would be investigated at home by embassy or anyone this is why he thaught that oh it will be ok to play this game with wellmux.

it was good of him to mention that he was joking and was a relative of me but what if he have had told me ok u come embassy on this and that day and ur another interview is scheduled then i would have to go islamabad and its so much long way away from my city.

right now hes keep calling my phone and i am not attending his phone call anymore now he also sent me sms messages saying sorry but it does not mean they would play games on someone who is waiting for a call from embassy , or somewhere they interviewed in the last months,

its same like that one person is so much worried and have no job and he goes for job interview and his friends knows that he had a job interview some days/months back and play a game with him and call him for his informations ( right that time that person would think oh this is call from the place where i gave my interview before ) and then when his friends would say we are joking then his heart will go down and feel sad and also angry,

TO OTHER PEOPLE ITS A JOKE FOR THEM TO PLAY BUT WHAT ABOUT A PERSON WHO IS WAITING FROM LONG TIME ?

and i am in AP from more than 3 months now waiting for them to reply me or a good call,

I'm sorry to hear that, I was about to say alhamdulilah until I read that it was your relative and was joking around with you. That is not nice you are right, but insha'Allah everything will be over .... and flowers will start blooming again

Have patience, I'm just as stressed as you are... Allah (swt) always helps everyone, you take one step towards Him, He will take 10 steps towards you (figuratively speaking). He will help you out ten times more than you are helping out yourself with His guidance. I'm always keeping you all in my prayers that insha'Allah you all hear some good news!!

My wife called DOS last thursday and a ladie told her to Call them next wednesday on the case i hope theres a good News next wednesday that will be tomorrow please everyone pray for me that i get good news this time i have been waiting since september and its been totally 4 months now i am waiting for visa,

Today my wife called DOS and the Ladie Operator asked her if ur husband received call from embassy for list of brothers and sisters , and i have not received a call from Embassy ,

She said ok send them the list of brothers and sisters of the immigrant, i was surprised that i have not received their call , my wife called them 2 times and same reply from them .

it is first time theres some movemnet on my case and i am happy knowing that they are atleast working on Case,and i will send them email Tomorrow.

is it better to send them email or send a letter by their Amex courior service ?

my request to everyone please pray for me that i receive visa soon

Just keep positive. There are MANY of us out there that have been waiting 9 months or more.

It is hard to live each day not knowing what is happening. I cry each night about it. There are days when it feels I will never get an answer. There are days that I just get so sad thinking about it. But life goes on...day by day..step by step. Just get through another day. It is another day closer to that AP being approved.

There is enough sadness and devastation in the world. Insha'Allah God will grant us to be with our loved ones soon.

Today i received this email from ISL and they want my brothers names , i have questions is my case back from DOS now to the embassy, and if not then are they going to put me on a longer AP? will they include my brothers name in their name check system ? I have sent them names of my brothers and their date of birth.

the CO was American lady she asked me few questions

y u want to go America?

how did u meet?

where did u meet?

how much ur wife spend time in Pakistan?

for how long we have relation and know each other?

did my wife parent attend our marriage and then she said y?

she ask my wife job title

she ask me that do u any1 in Wisconsin?

do u have any friends or relatives in Wisconsin?

and she asked me that where is my wife in Pakistan or she went back?

then she asked for our wedding photos

then she asked that where u took this pic?

and then she was searching the pics of my parents in it.

in end she told me that i need to do some administrative processing ur visa and she give me light green paper and she keep my passport and our wedding pics and my original documents and told me that ur get it wd ur passport.

the purple sticker on my passport and one sticker on approved courier service. so i don;t know wat does it mean can any1 tell me plz i will really appreciate thanks a lot. i m waiting ur replay...
