Senior Members,

Do u all think its positive thing that they have made my case status as Post-Decision Activity instead of Decision do u all think that they have already made a Decision on my case,

5: Decision

these days i am too much tense and because of this my hairs are falling off lol.

Mine also says post-decision activity. It is from my NOA2...they haven't changed anything since then.

I know what you mean about your hair...mine is turning gray and I am too young for that...:clock:

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........

You are confusing USCIS (which approves petitions) with the Department of State (which approves and issues visas).

Once USCIS issued your NOA2 (notice of approval), they forwarded it to NVC. From that point on, it was out of USCIS hands. "Post-decision activity" probably constitutes sending the approved package to NVC. You will no longer receive any case status updates from USCIS, because from their perspective your case is finished.

You said you've already had your interview, which means you are in AR/AP at the consulate. You can only receive status updates from the consulate or from the Department of State visa office in Washington now.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

i'm sorry, but considering the fact that there are a lot of political issues surrounding the stability of pakistan right now, i hope you are not surprised about your still being under AP at this point. i would try to just relax and hope that things end quickly, but don't stress yourself out. i know it's easier said and done, and God knows i've spent weeks in bed crying and being like a zombie from all this ###### that i've been through....which is probably similar to what you have gone through as well. but honestly...you can't let this overwhelm you to this point. try to keep busy and do what you normally do and Inshallah your visa will come through soon enough. but honestly...again....pakistan i guess is considered a high risk country for the US immigration authorities, so it's of no surprise to someone like me to read about this.....hopefully you will be reunited with your loved one soon, as will i and everyone else here waiting (F)

Our situation is that we didnt have a court document on a tire puncturing incident when Nigel was 18, just had our required ACPO police clearance that was ambiguous and just said "no live trace" and so thats old info it meant or something.... So they said supposedly that we're approved pending some kind of court document showing the incident and the punishment I spose. So he got a 221(g)as well till he sends the document in at the end of the month when it comes in.

heyy we do have the same case.. i recently had my interview just 2 days ago and i was told to wait but i forgot to ask for how long should i wait but oh well

so now also wondering how long till i hear from them.. but everyone says they cant really tell (which sucks)

so i have no idea on whats going on! it would suck though if we wait longer and then we get the ''denial'' i hope not!! =/

did you even call them see whats up now?and how long has it been since you waited for the result?
