So I've received instructions to pay 70 bucks AOS fee and fill out DS-3032. What is next? Do I wait for a package. Do I download something?

Pay the fees they ask for online. You should be able to print out the document cover letter once those are paid. The DS-3032 can be emailed in, but it takes two weeks to process that. Have your other one email you an attachment of that form and print it out and send a hard copy to NVC. They will accept that, and it will be much faster. Just wait for the cover letter from NVC. They have your email address and that of the benificiary? If not, call NVC and give them that info right away.

That will speed things up a lot. The number is (603) 334-0700

Hi, Does it mean that NVC is accepting a print out DS-3032? What about the barcode?

Please enlighten me, im confuse. I though we need to send the original DS-3032 because of the barcode & signature of beneficiary.

when e-mailed, DS-3032 does not need a bar code and signature because it's been sent from beneficiary's email to NVC. If NVC already has both ur e-mails then you'll be fine with e-mailing it. if you'd like to send it by snail mail, then you'd need to have the bar code on it and have it signed by beneficiary
