looks like nebraska cervice center is the only service center processing I-751 now.

couple months ago there was a post at USCIS website saying that they keep transfering I-751 applications monthly from VSC to CSC just to make more space for H1B whatever visa holders.

Maybe this time they decided to send everything to NSC to give more and more room to holy H1 holders:) who knows:)

I am just praying to god this endless changes hopefully would't cause more delays on current I-751 cases.

I don't think NSC is the only one service center processing the I-751 since they are not processing those aplications no more the same as TSC ? this is what Jenn postet on June 29th !!!!!

I thought it might be a good idea to post this memo here. Maybe some will check this thread before sending their petition and avoid the delay of being transferred from NSC to CSC or from TSC to VSC.

You may send your petition directly to the appropriate service center as detailed in the following USCIS memo (dated 5/23/08):

Please read the Pinned topic sometimes before posting false information , i hope you are not one of the people who send the aplication to NSC or TSC because then you will be forwarded to either CSC or VSC

The OP was not so much posting "false information" ( - how I hate that smiley. Why does it exist?) as posting what's shown on USCIS's own website if you check the processing times. USCIS *is* only listing a processing time for the I-751 on the listing for NSC, and not for any of the other service centers at present. BUT of course there is no reason to think that NSC is actually processing I-751s or that people should send their packages to anywhere other than the service center specified in the form instructions - i.e. VSC or CSC depending on their state. I'd hazard a guess that USCIS is just messing up their processing times lists (what a surprise), but even if it were correct, and NSC really *were* starting to process some I-751s, people should still file to the location given in the instructions, regardless.

As mentioned elsewhere, last month USCIS randomly listed the I-751 on their processing times page for TSC, while omitting it from the CSC list. People have still been receiving NOAs, biometrics notices and RFEs from CSC throughout, so I think we may as well just pay no attention to the bizarre "guess the service center" games that they're playing with the processing dates lists - at least, unless and until we have a reason to do otherwise.

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Honestly, wouldn't worry about it! The processing times are listing I-751s under Nebraska (and nowhere else), but last month USCIS had the I-751 on the processing times lists for VSC and TSC, rather than VSC and TSC. I'm yet to see any evidence that any processing of I-751s was actually done in Texas as opposed to California during that time (e.g. people were still getting their biometrics notices and NOAs from CSC - I received two biometrics notices and a cancellation letter during that time, all clearly sent from Laguna Niguel, for example!), no matter what utter gibberish USCIS posts up on those pages. The instructions still list CSC and VSC as the service centers applications should be sent to, and they still seem to be processing, so... yeah, don't worry, ignore USCIS and their utter randomness! :)

 We neither posted any wrong information nor advised people to send their application to NSC or TSC.

What Service Center people suppose to send I-751 is clear enough on I-751 instruction guide, which is either VSC or CSC..

What we do here is just wondering and making assumptions on why USCIS web page doesn't show I-751 processing times in VSC OR CSC listings but only shows it in NSC.

agreed featherB. i would also recommend sending i-751s to the relevant address for the state you live in, as detailed in the latest version of the i-751 form available on the uscis website, no matter which service center(s) appear to be reporting processing times for i-751s!

agreed lailaa. mona and greg, we were just trying to figure out why Nebraska Service Center was the only one with a processing time for i-751s in USCIS's July 15th update, rather than tell people to send new i-751 petitions to that service center. :innocent:
