Is USPS Priority Mail considered "Express"

Geez, it seems I have to question every last little thing with regards to my N-400 application.......

I noticed on the USCIS website there are two different addresses for each jurisdiction for sending in your N-400 package. One address is for "express/courier" mail, the other for first class mail (I'm assuming--they don't actually spell it out). I want to send my package USPS Priority Mail which will get there in 1-2 days on average. Not sure if this is considered "express" as USPS also has an express service which has guaranteed overnight delivery.

Has anyone else sent there package USPS Priority Mail and if so, to which of the two addresses?

Thanks. (Man, I'll be glad when that package is outta here!)

To answer your question, Priority Mail is not express. In fact, many times it is slower than first class mail. They claim priority mail arrives in "about three days", but there is no guarantee.

The express mail they are talking about is FedEx for the most part. You cannot send a package via FedEx to a PO Box. However, you can send USPS express mail to PO Box. As mentioned before, if you send via USPS, use the PO Box.

There is a difference between Priority and Express. I sent mine through USPS Express to the "express/courier" mail.
