How to write a letter of proof living with parent!

Hi, i was wondering, if anyone can help or show me how to write a letter of proof that we live with my USC husbands parents coop. My husband is currently in his country due to a death of a family member. My english is not that good, so hope someone can help. Does it need to be notarized? thank you.

Parents will write an affidavit stating you live in their home.

For immigrations help in Chinese you can join "A Candle for Love" and can post there in Chinese they will understand.

I believe I need the writing in English. My husbands parent are also not good in English. is there any sample i can take a look at.
Yes, the Sworn affidavits under I-751 in the example forms section can be used as a template for how to begin and end the letter, a statement attesting that you are living with family is all that will be needed.
