I had my letter from the HR department and notorized.

Notorized? I didn't have my notary. I was wonder it's okay. Since HR Manager is the one sign and approve my letter.

It doesn't need to be notarized.

FYI - for other folks - more often than not, many companies will not do a Letter of Employment so don't be disappointed if they don't. It's not required for the I-864, it's just an additional item to have if you can.

I just asked my boss and he said - you write it, I'll sign. Why can't everything be that simple :) He wrote one for my citizenship only a few months back, so he's open to it all.
