That's what I'm waiting too. I submitted mine end of September and until now I haven't got it yet. It's been almost two months since we submitted it. They said it will take 60-90 days for the EAD, and if you're lucky they will send it to you like 2 months. I'm hoping I will have mine by the end of this month or first week of December. I hope for that...

Good luck to us!

It depends on the service center. I know of a couple of members who's petition was processed by the VSC and it took a little over 5 months.

I think that is because your case was transfered to CSC. Lucky you! We are in the same situation as Gel and with a similar timeline. 0ur case is still pending with NBC ( I guess ) without so much as a touch since they received it .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

More than likely, expect to receive the EAD in early January. The USCIS is required by law now to complete EAD processing within 90 days of the application.

Yes my case was transferred to CSC. Is it really advantage if our case is transferred to CSC? Well, mine it's just the I-485 that was transferred but my EAD, i haven't receive any touches after the biometrics shedule. I just hope we'll receive it really soon...

We submitted our EAD paperwork on July 25, 2008. Last inquiry with the 1-800-nonothing said they have until January 25, 2009 to process before it is out of processing times (and yes, they were NOT confusing the AOS application with the EAD and AP documents). Still waiting...

My blog

10/01/2005: Married in Toronto

02/15/2006: Began Canadian Immigration

09/19/2007: Withdrew CIC application (they still hadn't processed anything)

10/01/2007: Moved back to U.S.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IR-1 application through Montreal Consulate

10/26/2007: I-130 mailed to CA Service Center

10/29/2007: USPS confirmation of receipt of I-130

02/13/2008: NOA-1 received (107 days)

07/02/2008: I-130 approved

07/22/2008: AOS filed including EAD and AP

07/25/2008: NOA-1s for all 3 received

08/20/2008: Biometrics appointment

08/22/2008: Received RFE for Affadivit of Support and Medical

10/21/2008: Submitted I-865W in lieu of co-sponsor and medical info to NSC

11/14/2008: online case status not updated since filing of AOS in July 2008

01/20/2009: Received another RFE for Affadavit of Support Info

02/02/2009: Responded to RFE with brand new AOS based on 2008 tax return (if that doesn't shut them up, dunno what will)

02/19/2009: EAD card received in mail (no updates on Online Case Status ever made)

02/23/2009: AP received (again, no online updates)
