We've looked at the example forms but we still have a couple of unanswered questions about filling out the G-325A to send in with the I130. I hope you'll all be able to help us!

First, how should we represent my husband's occupation? He is a freelance graphic designer. Should we put "N/A" or "None" as Employer? Should we write "Freelance Graphic Designer" as Occupation, or just "Graphic Designer," and indicate that he is freelance elsewhere in the Employer field?

Second, what about this field: This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

The example form says I-129F, but we are sending this G325A in with the I130. Should we write I130, Petition for I130, K3 Visa, Petition for K3 Visa, or something else?

I really appreciate any help you can give us! We are hoping to send our application in as soon as possible and we want to make sure we don't make any mistakes. Thank you!

I think "freelance graphic designer" is good, and we wrote "k3" on both.

Good luck!

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Occupation = Graphic Designer

Employer = Self Employed

Ok, thanks! Would you also write (submitted in connection with) K3?

No, It's being submitted in connection with an I-130. An I-130 cannot result in a K3 visa. You need an I-129F filed later for that. Even then, I would indicate on that G325a, it was submitted in connection with I-129F (spouse)
