09-05-2008 I-130 touched.... please, please, please... oh, please let them approve it.

i thought they accepted it via email as well ??

yes they do receive it through emails- nvcinquiry@state.gov

When you say through e-mail. Do you mean to scan the form and attach it as a file or just simple e-mail without the form and to write the necessary information.

Actualy in the section

I appoint.........................phone number.............

do you put the name on the person you appoint or you put the words

I appoint as an agent phone number 123-456-789

and on the next row the name of that person and so on.........

Vic, it's ur choice u can scan and attach if you want, not sure which is the most recent form..Just shoot them an email much easier

You can e-mail the DS-3032 Choice of Agent.

The e-mail should be written like:

I was concerned for the signature on the form but looks like signature is not important at all and I can just send them e-mail by writing all that from my mom`s e-mail.

Hi There,

I called the National Visa Center to inquire about this and the agent I spoke with said explicity to MAIL it in. I mentioned the email templates and she said they are looking for ORIGINAL signatures.
