Can someone please help me understand the process behind how the dates move? I live in the US and am petitioning for my son unmarried over 21. For awhile last year it was moving one month ahead of time. Now, every month sometimes it doesn't move and lately it has moved only 2 weeks at a time. What is the deal? I'd appreciate any input.
