HOW TO CHECK NVC STATUS ONLINE

I think this may be the info you need. It doesn't work for K1

An automated recorded message system is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to answer case status inquiries.

Status of case information can only be provided by entering your NVC case number of CIS receipt number (USCIS NOA1 receipt number). NVC has information on received petitions only. If the automated system does not recognize the NVC case number or CIS receipt number you entered, most likely caused by NVC has not yet received your petition.

Telephone operators are available to respond to more in-depth inquiries.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (EST). Best time to call is 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM. (Eastern Time)

is there any website to check online at NVC ? or only by calling NVC ?

This thread is nearly five years old. They got rid of the automated service months ago. You just have to sit on hold and wait until someone picks up nowadays.

Oohpartiv is correct. The automated messages no longer exist when you call NVC. Here is a link that you can "check your status" online https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx, but the best way to get updates on your case at NVC is either call NVC or DOS (both NVC and DOS are able to access into the case).

Same is written for me as well , i applie from London .. Any one can tell me how long it will take to set my interview , they complete case from there nd told me through email they are sending my case to London to set interview, last month. Many thanks
