timeline for USC parents petioning unmarried adult children

saludos,

A friend of mine was asking me about immigration timelines... her parents are peruvian and US citizens and are appling for her unmarried brother and his children... she seemed to belive it was a 2 year wait which seemed wonderful but quick....does anyone have any experience or an idea ?

thanks, that was my impression also....5 or more years. She is just resolute in her belief...I appreciate the information-I would hate to see her families hopes crushed if all are thinking 2 years...

Both mom and dad are naturalized US citizens

Well print out the bulletin and they can read for themselves.

I was referring to your Brothers children, I presume they will need their Mothers permission to emmigrate.
