My marriage is annulled, is CENOMAR still required?

Hi! I hope anyone who's marriage is annulled will make a reply. I just want to ask if you submitted a CENOMAR. I called up NSO and ask for CENOMAR and they said the my marriage will still be indicated with no annotation that it was annulled. They said that what I need to do is submit the Marriage Certificate of the previous marriage together with the annulment decree. Are they right?

I tried submitting my Cenomar during my interview but they didn't look at it they just got my Annotated MC from NSO East Avenue, yep your marriage still appears on your Cenomar so its of no use

YES YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS TO NSO .....ANNULMENT DECREE,CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY,CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION issued by local civil registrarAND MARRAIGE CERTIFICATE.....

Hi, I just got annulled also and i did submit all my papers regarding my annullment case to the local civil registrar and forward to the NSO.

Do you think we need to have a Documentation/verification. I am confused about it? Hope to hear from you. Thanks

Hi! Done with my interview and I submitted marriage certificate together with certified true copy of annulment decree, finality and decision. I still don't have my visa because they are verifying my documents. I guess they are verifying even my annulment papers. When is your interview?

where did you got all these certificates? from Local Civil REgistry? if yes, where is Local Civil REgistry? and how many days before they release if i request this certificates? would it take me weeks? thanks..hoping for your reply

NSO was renamed to PSA years ago.

 

Yes you will need your Certificate of finality submitted to PSA.   Do bring all your documentation to PSA when you go there, not sure what all they will ask for with the Certificate of Finality.

 

A CENOMAR is always required (to be requested) to get married.   PSA will issue a CEMAR since you have been married, being your marriage was annulled PSA will notate the Marriage Certificate.
