KI- TIMELINE:

MARCH,15,2008: MEET ONLINE (MATEI)

MAY 2.2008: MEET ME IN PERSON IN (CEBU PHILS)

: GOT ENGAGED UPON HIS ARRIVAL

MAY 14,2008: MY DEAR BACK IN NC ( WAT A SAD MOMENTS OF MY LIFE)

JUNE 26,2008: SENT PACKAGE 1-129F ( VERMONT SERVICE CENTER)

? : waiting any fadeback from nvc if they receive the package...hope it will be soon ...

K1 -visa:Timeline

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/08/09:sent the 1-485 forms for adjustment of status package to chicago (USPS)..Day 1

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/12/09:check cashed...Day 5

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

MAR 29 2009...POE (IAH) Intercontinental Airport Houston (2nd day arrival )

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

Hi to all, this is my first post in this forum. I am one of December 2008 K-1 filers for K-1 visa. We filed our I-129F last December 03, 2008 and received the noticed that they already received the petition last December 10, but haven't received the NOA 1 yet.

I am praying that our petition will be approved soon, so we could get & plan for the exact date of our marriage.

Hello, I noticed that you submitted your petition last Jun 03 & already received NOA 1 June 05. It means that ours is really slow because its been 1 week but we haven't receive the NOA1 yet..

Is it mean that there is something wrong with our papers?? THanks

June 3, 2008 I-129 passed

June 5, 2008 NOA1 received

Oct. 6, 2008 NOA2 received appproval

Oct. 14, 2008 NVC received the I-129 approval

If you make a double timeline by accident I clear them out weekly (the doubles). If you need it cleared faster just PM me :).

I know this is an old post but there are multiple duplicate timelines for VSC. Is it possible to have them cleaned up? Thanks.

I think it's because you didn't put the date you sent off your I-130.

I don't know the exact dates because my attorney was the one who sent everything.

Also, when i contacted the congress womans office they gave me totally different receipt dates that they got from USCIS. I was confused about that.

I sent another letter to the congress woman last night asking for an explanation of why the transferred files ( TO CSC) are getting approvals that have NOA1 dates after mine. I am about to call them right now.
