That is the part in your timeline that says "Based on the timelines, your I-129F may be adjudicated as early as ____".

Hi have a question.

Estimation is calculate when we put sending date.

What append when someone just put NOA1 date? Does it have effects on another timelines?

If yes is it possible to make a rules? like if user dont filled sending date, use NOA1 date?

Cause my timeline had a big change and i saw that a user (http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?cfl=&id=32422) forgot his sending date.

Not sure if this is the correct thread or not, but has anyone from the March K-1 Visa submitting group heard anything yet? Or am I just being too impatient?

hello to everyone, I am a new member and I'm looking for some advise as to what would be the fastest way to get my fiancee in the USA? I am a US citizen and live in Chicago and my fiancee lives in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, he was not able to get a tourist visa so that he could come over here and we would get married over here. I've bben told that there are 2 ways that I could do it, the K-1 and the K-3, which from what I've heared, the k-1 is the Fiancee Visa and the K-3 is the Spouse Visa, whick of there 2 would you guys say I should do it? I am very confused at this point and I don't know what to do. We thought that I would go to El Paso and get married there and then put in his application for the spouse visa, but then I've heared that if i apply fo the Fiancee Visa, tha the would be able to come in to the USA alot faster. Please help

Hi.

I know this is a late reply and I'm a new member so you might prefer advice from someone more experienced, but nobody replied so far, so maybe it will still be helpful.

From what I've read (and I have been reading for days now) the fastest way to do it would be K1 (Fiancee visa). You can check the guides here for K1 and K3 (Spouse visa) and decide for yourself what you'd prefer doing.

Either way, good luck to you and congratulations!
