I WAS JUST WONDERIN, WHO LONG IT TAKESTO RECIEVE YOUR GREEN CARD, AFTER THEY APPROVE YOUR PETITION, MY INTERVIEW IS ON JANUARY 23. i AM APPLYING WITH THE I-485 AND THE I-130.

You should ask this in the AOS forum, not the K3.

Our interview was on Sept 18 and we received the green card on Sept 28. good.gif

thanks guys! i apreciate the info... By the way, if you are approve after your interview, can you travel internationaly, with the stap of your passport, or you need the green card?

I think you can travel with the stamp in your passport, but often they are not giving that stamp anymore no0pb.gif They just tell you to wait for your green card. You can always request the stamp at your interview, telling them you need to travel abroad, but no guarantee. So I would wait to book your ticket till after you receive the green card. whistling.gif

sometimes to get a green card after interview takes forever.sometimes 1 month.good luck
