    Hi there! New here and need a little guidance. Sorry if this subject has been touched on before. I am an American citizen, engaged to a Chinese citizen who is currently working in Poland. Our marriage ceremony will take place in August (via UTAH online agency) while we are in Poland-where he currently works. Although I am very open to moving abroad, we would have better opportunities and my family is here in Texas which is why I would like to try and bring him here first. The issue is ... well, a lot, but I won't bore you with my life story 😆 Currently, I do not meet the 3 year tax return requirement and was wondering if there were alternative routes we could take. The main thing is that we do not wish to live apart for more than 6 months. Is it possible that my soon-to-be husband could make his way out here himself (work visa) and then sometime in the future we could apply or adjust his status to marriage visa?     Hello, we have applied for immigration visa and have done the visa interview at Montreal office in Canada. We were given the DS5535 questionnaire. We haven’t heard anything back yet after providing information for the form. Can we apply for work visa and enter US for work while the immigration visa is being processed? Please share your experience or thoughts. I can’t find anything related to this. Thanks a lot.
