  1. Hi everyone! So my husband and I got our NOA2 and we are super excited! So now we are prepping for the NVC stage even though we know there will be some time between NVC receiving our case and everything we need to do. For the Police certificate from South Korea, is there an expiration date? I can’t find one on the US document equivalent website besides two years and the Korean police certificate does not have an expiration on it according to the Police station my husband called that can issue it in his city in Korea. anyone who completed the NVC stage for South Korea have a list of documents needed? Or any info about the police certificate validity period? any help is appreciated! thank you!
  2. Hi everyone, I have a pending i751 application and I'm planning to go on a trip to South Korea in few months. Did anyone travel to South Korea with an expired green card and the extension letter ? Are they familiar with it ? Did anyone have any issues ?
  3. Hi everyone! This might be a stupid question, so I apologize in advance. So my husband will be visiting the U.S. this summer for two weeks and we are looking at flights. They are all crazy expensive bcuz of fuel costs, so we are thinking about booking each flight on different airlines to save some money. He would have an inbound flight to US on one airline and a return flight booked with another airline. Does it matter if his return flight is on a different airline for his ESTA? or it doesn't matter as long as you have the return flight (regardless of the airline)? We have a pending I-130 so we will make sure he has evidence of intent to return to Korea (job, travel insurance, etc.). Thank you in advance!
