My wife and I have sent our form to extend her green card, but only got 2 extension notices so far. While waiting for any more from USCIS (I sent it to the right place) and have been married for more than 3 years now (got the GC on 1/14/2021), will she be able to apply for citizenship while waiting for an appointment with USCIS? -
Hello, We just received our NOA2 after 289 days, we are so happy. I have some questions though please. If anyone could help me out I would be so grateful. I know my fiancé the petitioner has to fill in the I-134, does he need to mail it to me after he fills it in or can he just scan it for me? Do I need the I-134 filled in in order for me to be able to go ahead and do the I-160 online? I booked my flight for February a while ago to go and see my fiancé in the US, if by some miracle the interview is done before then and I get the K-1 visa, can I not use it and use my ESTA as normal and then use the K-1 visa with the sealed envelope later within the 6 months time frame that I have for moving? there's no way I will be able to move by February unfortunately. If not, can I ask the Embassy not to schedule my interview before February? as the flights are non refundable. What are the original docs that my fiancé needs to give me for the interview? and which can be scans only? For the interview, do I need a copy of the I-129F form that we sent to USCIS, as unfortunately we forgot to make a copy of it before we mailed it out. -
Hi, Case- I-R1/CR-1 Spousal Visa For those who have experienced or who have knowledge about the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. Kindly share me your knowledge. Thank you in advance. I'm about to leave the Philippines to USA for the first time in December. Got my visa and stuff. But one thing came up. I don't know how, I just ended up clicking random website from my phone. You know -- was just searching.. "everything I need to do or know before moving to US from the PH for the first" time something like that. Then I saw the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. If it wasn't because of me searching random things before I leave. I might have booked the ticket to US without knowing I need this certificate. I'm just wondering. If that happens and I'm at the airport already ready to fly. Would they stop me because I don't have that CFO/GFP certificate? Or is there exceptions? Would they still allow me to leave my country or not? Would my ticket be wasted? -
Hi, Does anybody here know if you can exit Philippines with expired ACR I card? Anybody here tried leaving the Philippines with expired ACR I card? What happened ? Or what's the deal in the airport if they find out you have expired ACR? Are they gonna let you leave or not?

Hi there! We finally made it, after a 2 year process it's time for the K-1 Interview! In the email received from the Malaysian Embassy, they state that original documents will be required at the interview. However, I've done a ton of searching and can't seem to find out which documents MUST be original. Could someone point me in the right direction or let me know which documents must be original? From what I've found, the only thing I see so far is that the Birth certificate must be original. Does this mean the petitioner's birth certificate (and other documents) needs to be shipped to the Beneficiary's country? I really appreciate all the help! I will be emailing these questions to the Embassy in Malaysia, however they often take quite long to respond (and often don't give the best answers) so I'm asking here as these questions have been pressing on my mind. Hello everyone, my concern is basically the title, it's my first question so if there's more context needed please let me know. I just got my K1 visa, we filed everything under ABC address and we stated we'd be living there once I moved to the US but we happened to find an affordable apartment complex that we'll rather live in, we applied and got approved for it so now the ABC address won't match the XYZ apartment address we will be living in. Will there be a problem with the authorities at the US point of entry or adjusting my status? Thank you. -

We have been dating for 7 years but haven't been able to meet yet due to financial issues and the pandemic. We're getting close to having enough to finally be able to meet in my home country and we want to get engaged during his visit here. Our plan was originally the k1/fiancé visa but i've been advised against it on reddit due to the long wait periods to get a work permit and ability to travel etc. But the problem about the CR1 is that we won't have any joint accounts/shared mortgage etc what is considered strong evidence of a bona fide marriage. We thought we could get married/elope in my home country, then my spouse would return home and file for me and give them the evidence we have (skype logs,messages,package and gift receipts, pictures) since we will likely have to live separately until i can move to live together in the US therefore can't share an account/car/etc like i mentioned above, but i'm worried it wouldn't be solid enough for the marriage visa. TLDR: we will be meeting in person for the first time and getting engaged but we don't know which visa would work for us. -
So im filing i-129F, how do you all feel about this amount of evidence of meeting? 10 Photos(1 with fiance mom and 1 with fiance and his dad). 1 Photo explanation page.(All photos description) Passport stamps, Flight itineraries and receipts(3 meetings in total) Activity receipts(Hotel receipts, Zoo, Movie). 1 page with a christmas gift to fiance. 12 pages of messages on Discord(Initial messages are gone due to account deletion). 1 page showing discords Terms of Use.

Hi all.. I have a question and i realized it just now 🥺 So, i was pregnant when we submitted the I-864 (affidavit of support) for the immigrant visa application while completing all the required documents and i did not included my unborn child yet in the form and now i gave birth this month and our cases still at NVC.. Is this a big problem for us?. Before our household count is 3 that’s what I put in the form but now we are 4 .. Do i have to take an action about this?. Do i need to inform the NVC about this and tell them that we have a plus one in our household?. Help please! Thank you! 🙏🏼

I have a question my friend is a United States Citizen, she filed for her husband and kids. They husband got approved and was sent to the nvc, but the kids got approved but need an i-824 to be sent to the NVC. The person who helped prepare their paper i-130 made a mistake. I would like to know if there is a way to speed the kids i130/1824.
