Hi All, Our NOA2 was approved on 07/20/2023. We are preparing the documents for the interview checklist for the US Embassy in Manila. I have gone through the checklist on the site and have a question on the requirement to provide Proof of Relationship. I assume this is for proof of ongoing relationship, since proof of having been met within 2 years was already submitted as part of I-129F and approval of I-129F means this requirement is met. For Proof of Ongoing Relationship, will we need to provide similar evidence as what we submitted for the I-129F? Some photos of us together since the I-129F petition (I have visited my fiancé twice since NOA1) and a notarize Affidavit of Intent to Marry? Or will some photos suffice? Thank You

I just got married September 3, 2022. We had been dating for almost 5 years. How many screenshots (ie. per month of the relationship) of text conversations should I compile to submit for evidence with my i130 application? We had only seen each other twice during this time period. I do have photos, travel itinerary and receipts saved from my visits to his country. My husband is not in the US currently and he doesn't have a visa.

Hi All, I have a question you may be able to answer for me. My partner and I have been in a relation for over eight years, I live in Ireland and she lives in the US. Next month we intend to start the K1 Visa process. We are currently putting together the proof of relationship package and I have a question with regards to this... My partner is not great with computers and technology and would prefer me to compile the social media aspects or our proof, such as Facebook, Messages, Texts, plane tickets. My question with this is, if I'm the one that puts together this information from screenshots from my accounts and emails then is that okay as they will see the information from my side, the beneficiary, and not my partner... Will this matter? Thanking you in Advance.
