    Hello everyone! I am completely new to this. I tried reading many forums as I could in regards to this subject, but noticed it's not the most talked about subject on here. When trying to look on USCIS' website, I felt I couldn't enough information as to how to write the letter or even a specific mailing address to send to withdraw my application. The thing is my fiancé and I plan to simply get married in Japan and skip the long processing times so that I can petition for a spouse visa instead. We thought it would be better dealing with it together rather than dealing with long distance :) But now I'm concerned if it would affect him in any way since I previously petitioned for a K1 visa? And I'm not sure if I even sent it the correct address?? Which is also frustrating us :( I had P.O BOX 30111 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111 as the address on the Notice of Action I last received by mail. Would this have been correct? It's been 2 weeks since I sent it (priority mail, usps) and our case on the website is still the same. Should I be worried? Any help will be greatly appreciated! :)

    Hi I'm Ricardo Vilson, I've been DQ since the beginning of October 22, my case is now pending at NVC for interview. I'm in Haiti, so the interview should be held in the US embassy in Haiti, unfortunately the country is locked down at this moment, almost everything is closed at this moment, including the US embassy, due to current turmoil and protests all around the country. I'm forced to move in to Dominican Republic which shares the same border with my country, I'd like to know if I can't write NVC and ask for a transfer of my petition to the US embassy in Dominican Republic, before leaving the country.
