Should I Say "YES"? since I applied for my both parents back in 2021 and they are approved. my second question is if I choose here YES then the online application allowing me to put the information for only one parent. means, I only can put the information about my Mother either my father not for the both parents. so what should I do in this situation for better understand my question I uploaded the snapshot s of the screen where i am having a hard time. any help is appreciated. Hey everyone, me (Czech) and my partner (US born citizen) were aiming to file for K-1 sometime between this June and July this year, but after reading through a number of threads here, it seems CR-1 will be the sensible choice. We will have been together for a year by the end of July/beginning of August and I already visited them earlier this year on ESTA (stayed 80 days). Reading through the forums here, I'm becoming convinced we should have just winged it and done a round trip to Vegas, lol. My partner is visiting me in December, so the next idea is to get married then, but here's the one argument for K-1 - making the wait "shorter" by about 5-6 months by filling the I-129F now instead of getting married in December and filling the I-130 afterwards . Third option is the Utah online marriage thing, I only learnt about it today - is it actually possible to apply for a CR-1 after an online marriage, considering my partner would be connecting from the US and I from Czechia? Evidence wise, my visit to the States earlier this year and my partner's visit to the Czech Republic this December sounds okay enough? Thanks in advance and I'm sorry if the same questions have been answered elsewhere already, I tried to read through a bunch, but didn't quite find the reassurance.

Hello everyone, i filled for I-130 online for my wife, in the middle of January, and i have been checking the USCIS website for any updates frequently. When i uploaded the files, the processing time was 12 months and after the months were passing it went to 11 months and then to 10 months. I checked again a few days ago, and the processing time went back to 12 months, and i have absolutely zero updates about our case. The embassy in Greece also has no news about us either. On the receipt notice that was generated automatically with the filing, it says Nebraska Service Center, if that matters. Any advices or thoughts about what we must do next (if we can do anything except waiting) or any recent processing times would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I hope this is mostly my OCD brain grilling me coz this lengthy process is driving me crazy. I was locked out of my Uscis account yesterday late at night and had to send in a ticket to try to unblock it. The form was asking for the following identifying information (as attached). I remember I filled out my name, DOB, then clicked on the Country of Birth field but moved on to email since COB wasn’t required. Now I am in deep fear there is a non-zero chance that address auto-fill might have populated COB as “USA” . I normally check multiply times before submitting any forms with country names in it, but stress and sleep deprivation have overwhelmed me so I’m not sure whether I let the field to be auto-filled. Would something like this constitute as false claim to USC? My mind is in overdrive right now. Should I just submit another ticket with everything filled out correctly?

Linking Ombudsman Q& A from Jan, 2022 with very useful information on a few issues . A recent VJ poster asked if he could upload passport style photos from his iPhone…the answer and many other helpful hints such as responding to RFE online or by mail….are in the link. Add your own “ 2022 USCIS News”:..resources to this thread..and then allow it it to gently find its way into your overtaxed memory banks confident you can always enter “ 2022 USCIS News “ to refresh. Requests for Evidence (RFEs) Q11. Is USCIS mailing RFEs via regular postal service or do I see those requests online only? https://www.dhs.gov/publication/follow-qa-myuscis-applicants
