I don't think a thread for the May 2022 I-130 filers has been started so I wanted to take the initiative and be able to talk to people in the same boat as me! Feel free to remove if there is already a thread for this! My current timeline: Date Filed: May 9th, 2022 NOA1: May 13th, 2022 Good luck to all of you

We sent our I-129F via certified mail and we have confirmation that they received our application on the 27th of December. Today is the 4th of January and we still haven't got an e-mail receipt from them and the money has not been cashed yet. (We added the G-1145 and the G-1450 on the top of our packet). We also thoroughly checked the application before sending it to make sure that everything is correct. Is anybody else experiencing a similar delay??

We filed our I-129F application 6 weeks ago and we still haven't received a receipt yet. Unfortunately we paid with a money order so there is no way to know if they cashed in the money. My fiancé is the petitioner and he wants to start the process all over again. Is that a good idea?? Please help 🙏

I will try to be brief, so we submitted our I-129F For K1 Visa back on November 2021, few days later got the online notification that case was recieved and also the payment, all good here and we knew the waiting game was starting. In March 2022 , got an update on the online tool for tracking which said that "Document Was Returned to USCIS" telling us that some document was tried to be mailed to us but was "undeliverable" , after this I used a tool of USCIS to file an inquiry with the issue and then added a new addres for the document to be mailed again, they responded some weeks later with an email telling me that they got the inquiry and that the document was gonna be mailed again, but its been more than a month and we havent gotten the letter which we assume is NOA1 , and also on the online tool for tracking, the status is still in "Document Was Returned to USCIS" . My question is: What should we do? just wait till the letter gets to us? is it normal that its been more than a month and hasnt arrived? or should i contact them again?. Timelines: Filing and mailing I-129F with Payment : November 11 ,2021 Case recieved : November 17 ,2021 Document sent by USCIS: November 19, 2021 Notification of undelivarable : March 14, 2022 Me submitting the inquiry : March 31, 2022 USCIS reply to inquiry saying will try to deliver again: April 18, 2022
