Hello fellow travelers. This question is specifically aimed at K/CR/IR visa petitioners and beneficiaries in Türkiye. *How does the NVC, consulate Immigrant Visa Unit, etc communicates with all? Do they send paper mail or is everything done via email or text (like on B2 process)? I ask because (as you know) PTT does not leave mail in boxes and instead hands delivers. If we’re traveling out of the country, we would like to stay updated and not miss important correspondence.* Thank you for you input.

Hi, this is my first time posting on this site, but I'm stuck and desperate for help. I'd really appreciate any guidance if anyone has dealt with a similar issue. And I hope this post can be helpful for others in the future as well. PROBLEM I filed I-130 for my wife in March. I filed online and promptly received a PDF of my receipt notice. However, I still haven't received the receipt notice in the mail, even 7 months later. Since I have a PDF of the notice, I suppose it really isn't crucial to have a paper copy. But, I'm worried that I will also fail to receive future mailings. POSSIBLE REASON(?) We have a foreign address. The address fields on the USCIS site didn't allow me to input our lengthy foreign address clearly with the right formatting. Maybe the notice was misdelivered? FAILED SOLUTION I contacted USCIS about this issue through my online account. I sent a correctly-formatted version of our (long) foreign address. However, they ignored the correction and just sent me the standard Change of Address page. But, the Change of Address page only allows US addressed to be entered. Has anyone had a similar problem with a foreign address? Thanks!

Hello friends, does anyone know what’s the next status after “Immigrant visa fee payment received”? It says they will mail the card within 90 days of entry to the US or payment (whichever happens the latest). But I was wondering if we should just wait for the card in the mail or if there’s any status update I can track. Thank you

My EAD was approved and shipped on 4/7 to my attorney's office. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the status changed to "Awaiting Delivery Scan." It further mentions, "The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of April 12, 2021, 09:10 pm. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected." The status has not changed since. Does anyone have any similar experiences? How do I navigate this with USPS and USCIS? I have received EAD/AP approval notices, but not the card. I have seen few horror stories where the card never gets delivered and is lost by USPS.
