    I-140 recently approved (approval notice shows feb.16 '23). Case status only shows "Approved, decision emailed" Nebraska is known for sending cases to DOS faster compared to TSC. Is anyone having similar issues? From little research ( looking at hillite.today) most approved cases in february show similar update.

    Hi all, I have currently my I-140 approved and priority date is Sept 2018 applied through XXX company. I have to go back to my native country and would be leaving my job with XXX company. I have 2 questions 1. If I am willing to come back to after 5 years, does my approved i140 will help my new YYY company to apply my visa? 2. If in these 5 years, priority date becomes current, would I also be eligible to apply for PR from my native country? Regards Rahul
