Will appreciating sharing forms &/or links to file a case for my daughter. I am lawful permanent resident just entered the states and received my green card & SSN. All the family is here except my daughter she is unmarried 26 years. Me, spouse and a son are lawful permanent residents while I have another son born in USA and carried US passport. How could I apply for my daughter and are there any chances to expedite her case? Thanks

I might be worrying over nothing. Two days ago, in manila us embassy, the consul told me my visa will be ready in 1-2 weeks and Im currently waiting for my case status to switch from "Ready" to "Issued". The ceac website i used to upload documents to, changed my case category from f2b to f11 which i guess is the result of me telling the consul that my petitioner is a citizen. An f2b applicant in youtube whose parents was naturalized as well, shared that he was required to submit an f2b retention letter so he can get an approval. However for me, the consul didnt ask for a f2b retention letter nor have given me a 221g paper. I'm anxious because my case status hasnt been updated since my interview and I saw people on facebook getting their visa issued in just a day. Do you think my case will get a second review from another consul who will delay the issuing of my visa unless i submit an f2b retention letter to the embassy?

Hi everyone, I recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE) regarding the I-864 form. As my mom, the primary sponsor, does not meet the income requirements to sponsor me, I included my sister as a joint sponsor. Unfortunately, I forgot to attach her W-2 and 1099 forms, which demonstrate her financial contribution. Consequently, I received an RFE requesting the tax supporting documents for my sister's most recent year. I submitted my I-485 application in August 2022, and during the period from 2019 to 2021, my sister earned enough income to support me. However, for the most recent tax return in 2022, her income does not meet the sponsorship threshold. Being self-employed, she has claimed various deductions related to house depreciation, resulting in a significantly lower tax amount. She can provide bank statements as proof of her rental payments from her properties. I have a few questions that I would appreciate guidance on: Should I only submit her tax supporting documents for 2021, or do I also need to include the tax transcript for 2022? Is it necessary for my sister to write a letter explaining the reasons behind her lower income in 2022, despite having enough funds to sponsor me? Considering I already have one joint sponsor, should I seek another joint sponsor? And if I attach another I-864 for the second joint sponsor, do I need to provide an explanation? I am feeling overwhelmed with these concerns, and any assistance would be immensely helpful. Thank you for your support. Please find the attached RFE letter below.

Greetings, I had immigrant visa interview (Category: F2B, DQ: Aug. 28, 2020, PD: Jun. 16, 2015) in Montreal on Jul. 22 morning. The CO asked me a lot of questions and the actual interview lasted about 10mins. After interview was done, he retained my PCCs & passport and I was given a white paper (221g marking - additional processing is required). All docs were good, he didn't need anything from me and medical result arrived couple days before my interview. He also said I should hear back from him within one week, which is today. So far, I still haven't any update in CEAC which still shows "Refused". I have U.S. B1/B2 visa and had frequent U.S. entries and exits; I'm holding Canadian PR in Canada; I also google my name & used name, it turned out both came back with something related to rocket & electronic technologies. Could anyone elaborate should it be a problem? What's the process of being 221(g)? Any experience? Any input is highly appreciated!! Thank you in advance.
