Interview checklist says: NBI and CENOMAR must be valid for 1 year from the day they were obtained. 1. My NBI: - Obtained on Sept. 14, 2022. - Expires on Sept. 10, 2023. I don't know if I'm splitting hair here but the exact validity of my NBI is: 11 months and 28 days. So, not a year. Would this be a problem? 2. CENOMAR: - There are two dates, one above and one below. Which date is my CENOMAR considered obtained by the Embassy? ... I think it's Sept. 27 but I want to be sure. 3. Going back to the original question --- 1 year from the date they were obtained: ... This is a silly question but I gotta be sure --- the 1-year validity rule applies only from when they were obtained and NOT from the day of the interview and onwards, right? ------- My Interview is on Aug. 30, 2023. Are my papers still valid for my interview? Many thanks.

Hi, Everyone. I am very anxious right now. I am scheduled for k1 visa interview this month. I am divorced in Japan and in the Philippines. However we all know how long it takes to process the papers in the Philippines. I got my Divorce Decree in Japan and I got my Divorce Finality and decision from the Philippines. I requested a CENOMAR yesterday and the marriage is still there and the divorce hasn't reflect to the CENOMAR yet. My question is. Is there anyone here from Japan who is a Filipino that had their K1 interview without having a CENOMAR? I have all the papers from my lawyer including the petition for divorce in the Philippines and its already registered at Local Civil Registrar and the hearing is done by Regional trial court. I am very stress right now I have been processing this paper for almost 3 years! I have spent more than $10,000 in this piece of paper and still nothing. I'm broken hearted right now. Please give me some hope!

Hi Everyone! Just hoping someone could help me regarding this CENOMAR requiremenent by the US embassy. Our interview is scheduled on the 22nd of september. And they have advised recently that we need to get a Cenomar sent directly from PSA to US embassy here in Singapore. But unfotunately, the PSAserbilis website is down and will only be up operational on the 5th of september. I was wondering if there is enough time for the Cenomar to reach the US embassy here in Singapore if we file the request in PSA serbilis website on the 5th of Sept. Also, has any one tried acquring the Cenomar physically (not online) from Philippines and arranged self delivery to the US embassy via Fedex? Will the US embassy accept it?
