Hi, Any Sacramento Field Office N400 Filers here? They seem to be one of the slowest field offices and I was wondering if others could share their journey to see where we’re at. TIA!

Hi, Case- I-R1/CR-1 Spousal Visa For those who have experienced or who have knowledge about the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. Kindly share me your knowledge. Thank you in advance. I'm about to leave the Philippines to USA for the first time in December. Got my visa and stuff. But one thing came up. I don't know how, I just ended up clicking random website from my phone. You know -- was just searching.. "everything I need to do or know before moving to US from the PH for the first" time something like that. Then I saw the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. If it wasn't because of me searching random things before I leave. I might have booked the ticket to US without knowing I need this certificate. I'm just wondering. If that happens and I'm at the airport already ready to fly. Would they stop me because I don't have that CFO/GFP certificate? Or is there exceptions? Would they still allow me to leave my country or not? Would my ticket be wasted?

Hello! We just got an update on our case and it has been transferred to Vermont from California. Is there any similar situations to us and do you know why this can happen? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I am planning to import my 2017 Honda Accord to California. On the Letter of Compliance from the manufacturer, one of the exceptions (non-compliance) is "49 CFR Part 541 Theft Prevention Standard, relating to the parts marking requirements". Per NHTSA: After doing some research, it looks like a lot of cars (including my vehicle) are exempt from this regulation because the standard equipment is just as effective in deterring motor theft. I asked the manufacturer to remove this clause from the Letter of Compliance since they have been granted exemption, but they won't modify the Letter of Compliance in any way. Standard: https://ecfr.federalregister.gov/current/title-49/subtitle-B/chapter-V/part-541/appendix-Appendix%20A-I%20to%20Part%20541 Has anyone run into the same issue and how did you demonstrate compliance? If I show customs the vehicle is exempt from the standard, will that be sufficient? Thanks!

Hi All, Has anyone filed a petition for both parents and got 2 different processing times? We filed for both parents online at the same time and our case status came back with Mom's processing time as 5 months but Dad's processing time is 12 months. When we received our letters for both, they came from Texas Service Center. But when we called USCIS to get more info, the rep said that Dad's case is at Nebraska Service Center. J&P Cali ☀️

Hello everyone! my brother is a registered nurse in our home country and i would love to bring him over here to work. How to begin the process? What documents do we need? And what is the estimated timeline for the whole process? i asked a group on facebook, some of the answers were that it won’t take more than a year, and that he needs credentials and an exam and if he passes the NCLEX exam we go through westways staffing services and they help us with the rest of the process ( green card, residency … ) Any ideas or thoughts please???

Hello people, my immigration was filed by my sister from California in 2010 oct. She is a us citizen with a perfect record in terms of tax and have no criminal charges against her. I am from Pakistan 🇵🇰 and as I mentioned before that my immigration was filed by my sister from California in the year 2010 oct. The case got approved by the us embassy and they told me to wait for some years. My case type is I-130. After the case was filed i got us visa twice and visited usa 4 times. I never did an over stay and any other illegal activities. Its been almost 11 year until my case is filed and there is no any kind of rejection or negative remarks from the us immigration. Can somebody please let me know how much more time should I expect to get my immigration completed. Thanks in advance.
