Curious about the typical timeline lately for CEAC status updates after being verbally approved for K-1 interview in Manila. We got the "Approved" status 24 hours after the interview, and now waiting for the final "Issued" status. Anyone with recent experience?

hey everyone, I have my visa appoitment in about 2 weeks here in Germany, I was wondering if they will let you know right after the appoitment if you get approved or denied or if they let you wait till you get your papers back?

Hello everyone! My wife already got approved I-130 and I-485 and green card made and on its way here, she received social security card today! And because she got the green card first, she won't need to rely the I-131 or EAD. I hope everyone's cases get approved soon!

My I-130 CR-1 for my husband was approved. I know I should be expecting a letter from the NVC soon. What other documents should we be getting ready? How do the interview and the medical inspection work? He is from Sweden.

We have filed application for my family since August 2020 on NVC electronic site. in April 2020 all documents were approved and we are documented qualified but unfortunately priority dates are stagnant my son will turn 21 next September 2022, though his documents were filed and approved on April 2021. will he loose his approved documents and we need to re apply for him? What should we do if he turn 21 before reaching priority date thanks

Hello, I had my K1 Visa interview on October 6th 2022. My visa was verbally approved on the spot. I have been checking my CEAC status and it has been all over the place! First it went to "Approved" Then it went to "Administrative Processing" Now it is at "Application Received?!" I am not sure what this means and from what I've read, it should be at "Issued" right now.... Has anyone else had this problem?
