Hi, We received notification that our case was `Ready` to schedule an interview at Montreal but the steps from Montreal state that they'll send a Packet 3 and then a Packet 4 with instructions. Our case has been in a ready state since March 20. We emailed Montreal embassy on March 30th as if we've received the packet 3 but haven't heard from them either. What should we do? Is there a way to contact them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello! I am a Fiancee of a male from the United States, and we've been dating for about 4 years now. Right now, we are preparing requirements for the petition for alien fiancee. I am wheelchair-bound and was born with a degenerative disease called muscular dystrophy (myotonic-congenital type), that causes me to progressively lose muscle mass and my locomotive abilities, and me and my fiance very much wants to be married in the US soon and spend the rest of my life by his side. So, we wonder if our case can be expedited with this reason. Here's a sidenote, I am from a middle-class family in the Philippines. Though we're not able to get the necessary treatments for my scoliosis and other certain health problems because of certain specialists uavailable in our province, we get by very well and my basic needs are sustained by my immediate family (like: foods, dental, doctor's appointment for minor sickness, education, clothes, etc.). I have documents as proof for my degenerative disease, and my fiance also just wants to provide me the quality life I need, treatments that are easily available in US, and just be able to prolong my life and time with him. Both of our families and friends are also very much willing to support us. Hope to hear you guys' input on this. It would really mean a lot! Thank you all in advance.

I'm almost done filing out forms for the K1 visa. I'm using the Example documents as references. But it seems to have ALL the documents not just when filing. So far: I have compiled: 129F (visa application) Letters of intent (both me and my fiance) Cover letter Credit card form Notification form. Screen shots + call logs passport photos birth certificate/ passport photos of us together plane tickets + package/letter labels. I see forms such as affidavit of support, but do I submit this with the rest of my items, or if they request it? Do I need to submit this, or only if I do not earn enough and have to claim property? Are there any other forms that need to be submitted with the initial visa application?

I noticed that the NVC Case creation timeframe has increased drastically the past 2 weeks. Anyone know the reason why? Could it have been because of Christmas / New years week? It's been increasing slowly since November 2022. Hopefully the can reduce it to below 30 days again. Right now it's at 62 days. Hi I need help to know if I can put the same mailing address for my fiance as the one that I use for myself, which is my personal po box, even though he does not live in the us and has never been here because he dosnt have a visa? Thank you so much in advance for the help

USCIS needs to receive additional documentation of my termination of previous marriages, though I was never married, and I incorrectly checked both the "single" and "widowed" box on my I 129F. I have always been single, legally. Would a signed statement, stating that I've been single, and incorrectly checked the "widowed" box, be enough to submit? Or do I need more documentation?

Hello everyone, I'm filling the form I-129f, and there are some question that I'm not sure how to answer them, I would appreciate your advice with the following questions: we don't have zip code or province in the addresses here, should I answer N/A to that? question 38.e passport number, should I provide the passport number even if I never been to the US? thank you in advance

We had our K1 interview last month in Tbilisi and the status was IV refused. The status changed last week to application received NIV And they requested the mail them the passport and two days ago the status changed to Administrative processing NIV. Today it changed back to NIV application received again. Did anyone experience that? Going to application received two times?
