NVC, Finished with my husbands case are they said their sending it back to DR, WOW !!!! Were getting close, I'm so happy!!!!

My case so far.. We got our NOA2 April 10th, 2013, Hard copy in the mail April 12th, 2013, sent a inquiry to NVCresearch after 30 days and stating that our petition was not recieved with a copy of our NOA2..recieved email response from NVC on May 17th, 2013 that they recieved our copy of our NOA2 and would contact USCIS on our behalf..Called NVC May 20th to get a update, instructed to wait 15 buisness days for a response.. called USCIS..spoke to a Tier 2 and put a inquiry in for the location...

Yes, our RFE was on the correct spelling of Elena's name. She was born in 1979 in the Ukraine...which was Russia at the time. Now/since 1991 all her documents are in Ukraine language,...her name in Ukraine is Olena. They want proof, Olena is Elena. God help us.......

did you ever got your visa, just wondering as my wife's interview date was one month after yours, so to have an idea....

Our petition has been approved!!!!!!

DS-3032 Email was sent today.

So called the USCIS to inquire about my petition where it was sent and that it is reported as not recieved by NVC so now they are doing a research on it and advised to call back in a couple of days..called NVC also and they advised to wait 15 buisness day for a response..ughhhhh wait wait wait..inshallah wont be too much longer..
