if her husband is your brother, you can petition for your brother. his spouse (your sister in law) will be included in his petition but the process will take 24 years to complete.

Dana & I both have iPhones which makes matters manageable. All you need is a solid wifi signal and FaceTime is free. I can't emphasize enough how important a solid connection is though
