i hit 6 months of waiting in 4 days this is extremely sad i hope to hear something soon regardless i will be leaving to DR with my son so our family can be together sometime in July hopefully ill hear soemthing before that because in July it will be 8 months waiting for them to respond to my noa1 god knows why he does what he does

I don't know what is wrong with the US mail? My fiance sent off the affidavit 134 document on April 6 n i still havn't got it yet I guess it is lost :(

I just scanned and then emailed it to my fiancé bc they only gave us a weeks notice to get everything and sometimes the mail in Tunisia takes up to 45 days to get... have her just scan it and email it to you...

so I see some say interview will be booked before they send to consulate...OR is it booked after they send it to consulate???

Are you K1 or CR1? NVC books CR1's before forwarding it to the Consulate and I believe you can now book your own interview (K1's) through the website, if you dont book it, then the Consulate books it for you after they receive it.
