Yes, our RFE was on the correct spelling of Elena's name. She was born in 1979 in the Ukraine...which was Russia at the time. Now/since 1991 all her documents are in Ukraine language,...her name in Ukraine is Olena. They want proof, Olena is Elena. God help us.......

So called the USCIS to inquire about my petition where it was sent and that it is reported as not recieved by NVC so now they are doing a research on it and advised to call back in a couple of days..called NVC also and they advised to wait 15 buisness day for a response..ughhhhh wait wait wait..inshallah wont be too much longer..

It is hard but I am trying. He saying now he doesn't want a divorce, but Im sure it is because he has heard how bad it will be to go before a judge here. I would never stay married to someone that abandoned me and his kids. I love him too much , but this is a done deal. I could never trust him again. Thanks for checking on me, I am an emotional mess and I do not know how long this will take to heal. Barbara
