Hello everyone!! Hoping your having a good weekend I’m doing AOS from a tourist visa (my husband is an USC) and we just received this notification. Context: I got my shots 03/30/2022 for the I-693 Report of Medical Examinations and Vaccination Record later on the 04/19/2022 got the seal envelope ready to mail to USCIS. I didn't got my Hepatitis B shot because the doctor said I was not-age appropriate HOWEVER on the 04/01/2022 USCIS change the requirements for Hepatitis B recommending vaccination for all applicants throughout age 59. My question here is do I need to get the whole medical examination again (form I-693) with a Hepatitis B shot? The form has change since I summited my documentation and is expired. Or should I just get the Hepatitis B vaccination and submit proof? Thank you for reading me and the help!

Can anyone confirm what vaccinations are required for an adult age between 18-64 for immigration into the US ? According to the Travel Gov State website the following vaccines are required for immigration purposes: Hepatitis A Hepatitis B Influenza Influenza type b (Hib) Measles Meningococcal Mumps Pneumococcal Pertussis Polio Rotavirus Rubella Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids Varicella They provided the below table to showcase which vaccination applies for which age groups. However it is not clear how up to date this information is. https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/civil-surgeons/vaccinations.html https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/pdf/Vaccine-Requirements-According-to-Applicant-Age-p.pdf I have not taken vaccinations for Varicella, Meningococcal and Pneumococcal. Are these required for an adult age between 18-64 ? Any clarification would be appreciated.

Hi everyone! Anyone here has any idea if I can travel back to the Philippines using my passport in my maiden name and my vaccination card in my married name. I know there is no problem with using the maiden name passport as long as I bring with me my married certificate and such. However, I have a friend who was recently divorced and she scrambled to get her vaccination card changed to her maiden name to match her new passport (back to her maiden name) few days before her travel because she got info that both documents must match. I think it's ridiculous, but how true is this??? I travelled to the US under K1 visa by the way, and is currently waiting for the removal of conditions adjudication. Thanks and I hope someone can help me clear this up.

Hi ! my parents interview has been scheduled in end of November and they went for medical at Apollo Ahmedabad. In their vaccinations report for 3 of the vaccines it says insufficient time to complete series. They informed my parents to get 2nd dose of mmr, hepB and chickenpox after 1 month. Will that affect their visa interview. I have never heard of getting 2 doses of these vaccines before. Anyone has same issues?

For those doing their medical exams in London, we have 2 questions: 1. How did you get your vaccination records? Were the vaccinations listed with dates in your patient care summary sufficient? 2. For those who have ever lived somewhere other than the UK, did you need medical records from every county you have lived? I lived for a couple years in Geneva.... We have our medical on Tuesday and are so nervous! Any tips/last minute reminders would also be welcome. Thanks everyone

Hello, I am in the process of applying for a CR1 visa to immigrate to America to join my wife, who is a US citizen. I'm in the process of filling out the Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (DS-260) and am wondering about what counts as a UK vaccination record. Does the Patient Access PDF count? Also, I am unsure about precisely which immunisations I am supposed to have had as a 29 year old man. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Harry
