Hello guys!..I hope everyone is doing well.. So, here I am getting to submit an I-130 for my dad..I just wanted to make sure that my understanding is correct for the I-130 requirements..
Complete and submit an I-130 form
Money order of $535 for the filing fee
Copy of my birth certificate
Copy of certificate of citizenship (for evidence of citizenship)
Please kindly let me know if I have missed any initial document requirements when it comes to submitting an I-130 from.
