I saw her at During Mass on Ash Wednesday, she walked by and my heart just went - wow. Afterwards, I waited at the entrance of the Church to say hello to her, but she walked by as if I did not exist - now my heart sank. It just so happened that she was walking ahead of me as I was heading back to the office. As I walked by I asked her how she was doing and this time she responded. To my surprise I learned that she was from my grandmothers home region in Southern Italy. So, I asked her out to lunch. She told that she only agreed because we first met in Church (she say me too), because her family told her to stay away from those Americans. The rest has been the most exciting part of my life as of now.
As of now, she had to return back to Italy, so she could finish her graduate studies. So now we wait just like everyone else for our government to review and approve us.
