  1. I don't think its gonna be a problem since you have the stamp in the passport. Plus you have the pictures together so that proves enough. Try go to to the airline website if you created an account when you booked the flight, maybe you can still see the history of your trips. It's just an idea. Otherwise you'll be fine.
  2. How quickly did you marry?

We got married after a month I arrived in the US. I wanted something fast but nice. It was a really small ceremony at the courthouse just with his parents. It tooked like 5 minutes and then we went to the restaurant to celebrate. Everything was pretty simple and I'm glad.... I didn't wanted anything big without my family and friends. I'm happy we did it so fast because at least we had all the time to start to prepare the AOS right away. Maybe we gonna have another ceremony with my family in Italy next year.
  3. Hello, I am about to send my AOS packet next week, although I have a doubt.. Is that really necessary change my family name now that I am married? I've heard that it could be a problem for USCIS if I don't change my name but I spoke with people who didn't had any problem, so I really don't know what to do. Can you give me some advice? Please! Thank you!!!
  4. Worried about being denied entry with valid ESTA

I travelled with my ESTA three times in 2017, each time for two months and a half and I never had any problem. Change the passport is useless because they can check her name and they can see how many times she travel in the US. If you have your return tickets I don't think it will be a problem. Of course you never know with CBP, they can be pretty fussy about it.
  5. Hello everyone again, I know I have to send my birth certificate in english for the AOS, but I don't know exactly how to do it. Does have to be translate from the consulate in Italy or anyone can do it? I tried to call the embassy but of course, no answer. Any suggestions? Thank you!
  6. Hello everyone, I'm gonna send my AOS package in a couple of weeks but in the meantime I have a few questions and I hope you can help me. 1. When I did the medical exam for the interview (K1 visa) they gave me a CD with my Chest X-Ray . Do I have to put it in my package and send itfor the AOS? Or I have to keep it? 2. What kind of evidence I have to send to prove our relationship? The photos, the boarding pass and the marriage certificate are enough? Do you have any suggestion? 3. My birth certificate is in Italian. Do I have to send a copy in english? Thank you for your help!
  7. Hello everyone, I was starting to check what I have to send for my AOS. I tried to search here and online but everyone have a different list, different forms, so I don't know which one is the correct one. Do you know any website that can help me with the package? Thank you!
  8. I recently went to Naples for the interview and I used the co-sponsor with no problem. My case is different because my fiancee have a job but the income wasn't enough and the tax return was really low in 2016 so they actually asked me if I had a joint sponsor and luckily I had his father that he help us with this problem. I don't know where you read that Naples denied co-sponsor but I had no problem at all. I guess it depends, every case is different. You can try to send an e mail to the embassy, when I had some issue they answered me pretty quickly.
  9. Hello everyone, I'll flight to Orlando tomorrow so it will be my port of entry. Luckily it will be a direct flight so I will not have any rush. Do you have any advice or experience with CBP? Thanks!
  10. Well, first I have to cross the border, Saturday night. Fingers crossed guys!!
  11. I appreciate all your answers. I 'm not in America yet. My flight is saturday. This was a remote possibility just in case I have to go back home for an emergency, which I hope not.
  12. @TearsOfBabylon He had a stroke but he's not dying so it's not a real emergency. I asked in case something bad is going to happen. Thank you for your answer.
  13. Thank you guys for all of your answers!
  14. I'll be in the US in a few days and in a month or so I'm gonna get married... it was just hypothetically. My father is not well and I needed to know just in case anything happen.I imagined that it wasn't that simple.
  15. Is that possible? I heard that it could be a problem to leave the US while waiting for the Green Card... there is another way to do it? What if one of my relative is sick and I have to go back in my country? let me know if one of you had any experience or problems enter the US.
