  1. @TBoneTX Hey, thanks for helping there. I have a question. What you mean by "Doing so often pries the ROC loose" ? I went to USCIS office yesterday to get passport stamped and asked for update on my case. The lady said: It is now in Interview shelf since June 2023 which means they got files and will schedule an interview (if needed). I also asked if I can apply for N400 and she said yes. Later she called her supervisor and the supervisor said yes I do qualify because I am married to USC and more than 5 years as PR. When I said that I am not married anymore she looked at the case again and said- Oh, you filed with Good faith marriage waiver; so that needs to get approved first. I noticed the difference in her tone after she heard we are divorced. She later said you can apply but we are not suggesting or saying you to apply. She said it is on me. later she added- The processing time at my local field office is 4-5 months for N400 which most of the times cut the waiting time for ROC candidates. But in my case both will be assessed at same time if I apply. -------Any comment on the these? Is it hard to get ROC with waiver approved?
  2. Hello folks here: I filed this ROC with divorce waiver since April 2018 and from February 2021, the case status is: "As of February 4, 2021, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice." Any advice on this matter? It has been over 5 years since I filed for ROC and 2.5 years since it says READY for Interview. Please advise if I need to do anything. I have been a permanent resident since September, 2016 and I think my naturalization time limit is more than it is required. We got divorced in October, 2017 after little over 2 years of marriage.
