  1. Please Help.... My wife an I are filling up the application online for her Citizenship. She has not had prior marriages. I have had one prior marriage. Since she has not prior marriages, this is what is showing on her application. Good so far... but when we review the application, on the question of "Have you been married previously? ", it is showing "YES" We have checked several times the question from the beginning to the end and there is not part where you can fix it.... I'm assuming it's a glitch on the system... Anyone has had this issue and fixed ???
  2. Mmmm ..... we have checked the questions from the beginning several times and the question doesn't show up... maybe trying different browser... Is this a common issue?
  3. We have the same issue with the application of my wife. We're you able to fix it??? If so how?? We have been reviewing the online questions several time and we can't fix it...
  4. Hi, My wife is ready to apply for the US Citizenship based in the 3 year rule . ( I'm US citizen). We have always submitted the application by mail. We have been researching and there is an option to submit the N-400 online. Any experience with the online submission? Any pros/cons? Thank you,
  5. I want to thank everyone..... Sorry but still confused specially with the CSPA.... this is something new to me.... Let's assume I submit the I-130 for my brother today. And as I mentioned before,, He has a wife and two sons (15 AND 19 years old) Let's assume that it takes 15 years for the approval.... and my brother sons are unmarried by then. Why the 19 years old boy will be unlikely to qualify??? What the priority date can affect?? Thank you for the info, this is something new to me and getting confused. My brother is thinking in his son's future....
  6. Worried of what you said...Can you explain??? My brother's sons are now 15 and 19 years old...
  7. Hi, I have been reading on USCIS and this website but can't find info. I'm confused and hope someone can clarify it. I'm a US citizen and would like to bring my brother. He has a wife and they have 2 kids (15 and 19 years old). It's my understanding that I can submit a I-130 for my brother and it's including his wife and kids. Do the kids need to be less than 21 years old and unmarried at the moment of the I-130 is submitted or at the moment they are elegible to get the GC (around 15 years later) ?
  8. Filed on 2/12/2021, received by USCIS on 2/16/2021. WAC Green Card received last Monday Aug 8, 2021. for 10 years.... ☺️
  9. My wife received the letter today but The online status has not been updated so far
  10. WAC here.... we just went to pick up the mail and we found a letter from USCIS..... fingerprints and biometrics have been waived for my wife.....
  11. Good to hear about it... my wife is WAC too but we haven't received anything so far... When did you file??
  12. I have seen a lot of people being approved... I'm happy for that... Any WAC being approved???
