  1. Unfortunately she will NOT be allowed to have her VISA interview, until the test results of her sputum culture are finalized. We experienced the same situation in March of 2017 upon completing my spouses pre-interview medical examination. The CR1 visa interview had to be rescheduled for a date after the negative results of the sputum test. As a result, it pushed back the interview date and immigration visa approval 90-120 days, for which we initially did not anticipate. All in all it was another USCIS hiccup in our persuit of the approval of the visa.

If NVC has not provided you with a Cuidad Juarez Consular interview appointment date you will not be able to set-up and/or register on this website until you are notified/recieve that information.   3. Right now change your address by completing and filing Form AR-11 online, and also updating/changing it to your new/now address in your online 'myUSCIS profile'.

In that you said that your green card expiration date will be soon, it's recommended that you call USCIS 1 month prior to its actual expiration date to schedule an Info-Pass appointment to obtain an extension stamp in your passport. When your call is answered, say 'Info-Pass appointment' to be/get tranferred to an agent who will assist you to schedule the appointment at the USCIS Field Service Office that is has jurisdication of your ROC application.

If NVC has/did not provide your Mother with a Cuidad Juarez Consular interview appointment date in their Novemeber email, then you will not be able to set-up and/or register on this website until you rae notified/recieve that information. Suggest you call NVC asking to speak with a 'Tier 2' level individual to clarify/ask/inquire as to the approximate further wait time in issuing an interview appointment at the US Cuidad Juarex Consulate for your Mother's interview.
  8. Which agency emailed you on October 27, 2021, USCIS NVC or the U.S. Consulate General Cuidad Juarez, Mexico? If it was not from Cuidad Juarez, you will have to await their email notifiction that your Mother is eligable to schedule an appointment for her interview. Likewise, you are always free to call the Cuidad Juarez Consulate Immigration Visa Section for further clarification or assistance asking what the projected current wait times are for their notifying you of your Mother's eligiablity to schedule an interview appointment.
