My case was originally supposed to be transferred to the US Embassy in Yemen. However, since the devastating war broke out recently, all cases that were in Yemen and were supposed to be sent to Yemen had to be transferred to another Embassy due to the closing of the Embassy there. My case was delayed at the NVC due to this for a great amount of time. Thankfully, it recently has been approved to be transferred to the US Embassy in Cairo. May Allah speed the processing time and bless my fiancé with an easy experience in Egypt. Ameen!
