    His mom was saying something about he started to smoke weed and said he was hearing voices and during that time was when dad sent him back. She told me he was never arrested or deported. So I direct them to the US Embassy. I’m just asking for additional information.

    His dad took away all his documents plus because he was eligible for citizenship upon entry. He didn’t get a green card. He enter the US as a minor to a US citizen.

    His dad put him out and he was homeless. So he was born in Jamaica but enter the US on a immigrant visa which would make him automatically a citizen based on the age, and the fact that his dad was a US citizen at the time of entry.

    Hey guys, I need your help. A friend of mine, son was sent back to Jamaica with out any way to re-enter legally, and without any proof of citizenship does anyone have any information as to how to regain entrance? It has been over four years and the dad is not willing to provide any kind of assistance. His first entry was at the age of 12 he was sent back when he was 26.
