To correct the birth cert, my mom needs to present at the local authority to sign. So it cant be done in another year thats why I want to apply with what we have instead of waiting a year for nothing.

Hi everyone, my mom is going to sponsor for my sister (28 years old) and her son (4 years old) to America. i have a few questions 1. My sister divorced in 2021, should she include divorce degree or just make a Single Certification by local authority? 2. On my sister’s birth certificate. Her full name is written accurately but my mom full name is not correct. her full name On green card is: first name: T T N last name: D but on my sister birth certificate, it shows first name: T N (T is dropped) last name: D do you think if we need to make a new birth certificate to match with my mom full name or we can apply with what we have? since the birth cert was made 28 years ago, so I’m not sure why it was short a middle name. And if someone has a recent checklist of what you submitted, please share to me. I’m much appreciated for your input. Thanks
