  1. Your job is any place that is actively paying you for your services....
  2. Everyone is right. He should have since he moved 2 weeks prior to his first interview and he received this letter 2.5 months after that first interview. It was scheduled by design. He should be okay.
  3. Too risky. If you are even questioning anything, don't do it. Murphy's Law is a b!tch. Just wait and do it under the 5 year rule.
  4. There are specific forms that are needed to bring to your interview, take those with you and place them in a separate binder. In another binder bring all other documents that were needed during your AOS/ROC etc. It's best if you had them and not need them than having a no decision for weeks/months/years, receiving RFEs and waiting for another interview. Some IOs are pretty quick, others want to dig if they see a red flag and you want to put out those flames immediately by having supplementary evidence with you to corroborate what you say. Always go over prepared and be organized in case you need to fish for some obscure document. Just remember to respond only to what you are asked and not to volunteer information that was not asked. Good luck.
  5. I agree...the online letter serves the exact purpose and is physically intistiguishable from the "physical" copy you receive.
  6. Exactly. If you paid the traffic ticket (pleaded guilty or no contest) you should also answer YES to the question below.
  7. Would not be an issue but IOs have latitude to ask all sorts of questions since they are reviewing your entire immigration timeline.. You just have to be ready to respond to them.
  8. Just want to add that I received my Naturalization Certificate back on 4/20/22 which is 23 days from when I received my Passport and 51 days (7.2 weeks) from when I applied and sent it out. Again.....there was NO expedited service here and this was through the "slow" Dallas processing site. Only thing left is to update my SSN record and get a new card.
